Monthly Rentals in Paralia Fanes

Villa Acacia is a beautiful property run by the very friendly owner Yiannis. Communication was very straightforward and he even met us at a nearby supermarket so we could follow him in our car to the villa. He showed us around the property which was very stylish, comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The fridge was stocked with an amazing welcome pack of goodies. There is a lovely well equipped outdoor space and a great barbeque which we used on several occasions. On one day, Yiannis even brought us a delicious Moussaka which his mother had made. There are a couple of small shops in Fanes and only a couple of miles away in Soroni, there is a very good supermarket and bakery. We had a lovely pizza at Michelangelo’s only a few minutes’ walk from the villa one evening. Rhodes is a lovely island and we enjoyed trips to Lindos, Kameiros and Rhodes town. We loved our trip to Villa Acacia and can highly recommend staying here.

This was our second time staying here—one month last year and another month this year—and we loved every minute of both visits. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well cared for, but what truly makes it special is the incredible family who hosts it. They go above and beyond in every way, even inviting us to share in their family Easter dinner, which became one of the highlights of our entire trip. Throughout our stay, we were regularly gifted fresh eggs, oranges, homemade baked goods, their own pressed olive oil, and even wine—such generosity and hospitality are truly rare. Any minor issues that came up were addressed immediately and with genuine care. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable, welcoming experience in Greece.
