In one of the oldest villas in the dike area, in an exceptional location, our 75 m2 apartment was refurbished, work completed in June 2017. 30 meters from the beach and 80 meters from the Thermes Marins, it occupies most of the 1st floor of this house which has 3 apartments, 200 meters from all shops. Characterful apartment located 10 meters from the large and majestic Sillon beach. You just have to cross the street to take a sea bath, do your yoga, read a book in the sun or have an aperitif at sunset. My apartment is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The light comes in from everywhere. An Eden... right on the water. (Bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided).

Lots of charm intra muros

25m2 flat on ground floor in a XVIIth century building, next to Chateaubriand birthplace house. The separate kitchen and the bathroom have been entirely renovated. The flat overlooks a private courtyard. N.B. The arrival is between 3 pm and 6 pm.
