Only a few feet away from the beach and the city walls, this cosy and bright duplex is an ideal getaway for two. You will have to climb 4 flights of stairs but the view is worth the effort ! Beaches, restaurants, shopping... just park your car and enjoy doing EVERYTHING on foot. You can even just take the train as the station is only a short walk away (20min), or use public transportation Make the most of your day and enjoy the sunset when you are back !

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet and flowery residence. You have a free private parking space, appreciable in summer. The Rochebonne beach is 150 m away, the Thermes Marins (thermal baths) 10 minutes. You can reach the old town (Intra-Muros) on foot by the Sillon sea wall or bus (stop at 200 m).

Beautiful refurbished accommodation in the historic center in a building dating from the 17th century. Beaches 150 meters away. All shops are in the immediate vicinity. 50 meters from the dynamic Place Chateaubriand, 150 meters from the Palais des Congrès, 20-minute walk from the SNCF train station. Third floor (no elevator) the apartment is very bright (this accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility)

Great location in luxury residence. Access to the Sillon and the beach. Very bright, quiet, balcony, elevator. Free private covered and secure parking is a real plus. Accommodates 2, possibility 4 (bedroom with 1 bed 140 and sofa bed in the living room), well-equipped kitchen. Close to restaurants and shops. Everything within a 10-min walk: the train station, the convention center, the casino, the sea and intra-muros thermal baths.
