Charming 20 m2 studio, with 10 m2 terrace, in Saint-Servan, Saint-Malo. Large shopping street next door, with many food shops. The Intra Muros is 10 minutes to walk. Free parking 5 minutes away. It's a very pleasant apartment to stay in. Note that this is an elevated ground floor on the street side... Lovers of silence, this may not be for you. :) Towels and bed sheets are provided. Pets are allowed, but ideally on the terrace, thank you!
