It is 1 block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, fridge and household utensils, barbecue and outdoor laundry). It accommodates up to 4 people. It is located in the back of my house, has divisive gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Please be advised that check-in after 9 pm will be subject to evaluation.

The location is great, central district and also close to the port and adjacent companies. When there is no guest in the property below it will be allowed to leave the car in the garage of the main house.
