Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Paratico

A truly amazing place! The photos don't even do it justice, it is so gorgeous. The hosts were also amazing and offered my husband and I a ride to and from the ferry since we didn't rent a car, and they ensured that the Internet would be fast enough because I had to work for a little bit. The restaurant directly above the Airbnb is also amazing, some of the best food I've ever had. Really just such an amazing and special place with fantastic hosts.

Roberto's flat was a perfect landing place for our short trip to Bergamo. We were given clear instructions for check in and the place was clean and well-presented. We especially liked the many thoughtful details including breakfast items, a well-stocked kitchen and recommendations for local food outlets (we found a few great spots for gelato and pizza). All the electrical outlets were in sensible positions and we had a blanket each that was just right for the weather. We managed the stairs without issue but it may be a consideration for those with more limited mobility as the flat is on the third floor with no access to a lift. In all we really enjoyed our stay here and would like to thank Roberto for the hospitality.

I can only say that Gianfranco has always made himself available. We found a super apartment furnished with every comfort, cleanliness... A place worthy of relaxation... We had a lovely stay, it was a 7 minute drive to central sirmione which was the purpose of our visit, nice and clean and spacious apartment and lovely host who looked after us well with clear instructions on how to get in and find the apartment etc, great communication and was very kind :)!

Beautiful apartment and amazing views, exactly as described. Host Paola was very helpful and the check-in info was easy to follow. The bed was comfortable and water pressure great (for older building). The location was amazing – being on the water in a quieter town. Bellano was definitely the choice for us. Other more popular known towns such as Bellagio and Varenna are definitely worth the visit but too busy and touristy for our liking, even end of April. The main purpose for our trip to Lake Como was the Villa del Balbianello in Lenno, another very beautiful and less touristy town, especially early morning. Orrido di Bellano is definitely a must see. I can recommend Bar Truth where we stopped for lunch (great pizza) and Bar Testori where we had our last morning coffees, fresh croissants and paninis to go. We would definitely stay at Paola’s if/when revisiting Lake Como again.

Positive experience, the centrally located accommodation allows you to reach the activities in the center of Crema comfortably on foot. Convenient parking space inside the courtyard. Comfortable and sufficiently equipped house. It is highly recommended to use it.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was great for exploring the area. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us great tips on local things to try. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a pleasant and smooth vacation.

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

The apartment is comfortable. It has everything you need for a few days. I don't consider it so comfortable for cooking, but it serves to make basic preparations. The refrigerator is spacious. The bedroom with walk-in closet is very welcome. For us it was essential the washing machine as we stayed for a week and there are no self service laundries nearby. The fact that it was the last apartment on the second floor had as an advantage that there was no one next door, and there was no transit in the hall. Very quiet building, very little noise. Very friendly hosts!

we really liked the apartment, it is very cozy. We had everything you need to cook and everything else. It is large and spacious, it is also well located, there is commerce nearby and places to go to eat also. The only thing we did not like very much is that the noise of the street and the neighbors is very much heard, but it is resolved with carrying earplugs. Everything else was perfect and it was easy to find the keys and everything. Also the hosts were attentive to our arrival and so on, which made us feel calm that if something happened they were going to be able to help. Everything was very nice!!!

Tiziana has put a lot of attention and care into her well-appointed flat. She is a very helpful and friendly host and we enjoyed meeting her, and her two sons, when we arrived. This is an excellent location from which to explore Brescia.

We had a lovely time in Alessandro’s property. The flat is spacious, comfortable and quiet. It is only few steps sway from the lake. Alessandro has been extremely helpful. Recommended!
