Located in one of the most iconic building in the historic center, Casa Rosa. Renovated apartment centrally located 150 meters from the beach; steps away from restaurants, cafes, and museums. Located In a quiet low traffic semi-pedestrian street. * Two A/Cs (bedroom & living room) While there is no parking directly in front of the house, there are paid parking options within 3-5 minute walk. A tourist tax of 4 euros per person per night (up to the first 7 nights) must be paid upon arrival.

The apartment has a stunning frontal sea view, from the living room, bedroom and kitchen, it faces south and has lots of light. It is only a 2 min walk to the beach(Poça beach) and 5 min to train station ( 10 mins to Cascais and 30 mins to Lisbon). The location is ideal for water sport lovers (surf/paddle). You can enjoy walking, jogging or cycling along the shore to Cascais using the promenade (paredão). The neighbourhood has lovely cafes, a wonderful grocery shop as well as many restaurants.

Avencas Beach House - Ocean View

The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. There are several restaurants, cafés, wine houses, available within walking distance.

The apartment is also close to Nova Business School, St' Julian's School, and Close to the Orthopaedic Hospital of cascais Beach is a short walk away and there is a train station not to far away either.

Dear Guests, I want to welcome you to the Turtle Beach House in Costa da Caparica. From the last floor (5th floor with elevator) you have a beautiful open view over the neighbourhood and to the Ocean (see pictures). There is space to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace or enjoy the sunset from the hammock after a day at the beach.

Perfect studio for a couple to enjoy the beach and the city. Located 2 minutes walk from Parede beach and 2 minutes walk from the train to Lisbon, Estoril and Cascais. There are 2 studios on the property, for guests. The pool is shared with the two guests of the second studio and with the hosts who live on the property.
