Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. 80 m2 house with one floor 1.5 km from the village, 5 minutes from the A28, 15 minutes from Le Mans and the circuit. On the ground floor, large room with equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher), table and sofa (convertible). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed. One with 2 beds of 80 with possibility of making a bed of 160. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The exterior is shared with our residential house. Our dog is free in the yard and loves to be petted.
