We have transformed a former paint shop into a contemporary and welcoming space, combining historic charm with modernity. Every detail has been thought through to ensure you have an unforgettable experience, whether it’s for a romantic getaway, a holiday with friends, or a business trip.

80 m2 house with one floor 1.5 km from the village, 5 minutes from the A28, 15 minutes from Le Mans and the circuit. On the ground floor, large room with equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher), table and sofa (convertible). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed. One with 2 beds of 80 with possibility of making a bed of 160. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The exterior is shared with our residential house. Our dog is free in the yard and loves to be petted.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

This farmhouse nestled in a forest of more than 70 hectares, ideally located in the town of Parigné-L'Évêque. La Bergerie offers you an entrance hall leading to the living room with a lounge/living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen with a dining area, a corridor leading to a first bedroom with a private shower room and 3 bedrooms, one of which is upstairs with a shared bathroom.
