The house is well situated to head out to Rothrock Forest for hiking and biking, or to head to the stadium. Please note: this house is strictly NO partying. If you plan to bar hop and bring the fun back -- don't book this house. While you're staying, you'll have the house to yourselves.

We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Firewood (for the firepit) is included.

Cozy Cottage 2BR - peaceful while convenient

This home has a unique design reported on Woman’s Day Magazine. It contains cozy and cute decorations as well as open spaces with lots of natural light. One can relax outside on the egg chair, swing, hammock, or in the recreation room with a bar and a foosball table. This residency also happens to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and other convenient locations! It’s close to the bus route to downtown, Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver stadium & the community pool.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Enjoy a free breakfast at home (waffle station with all supplies for you to make). Take CATA (bus) to anywhere in town. 2.5 miles to Penn State.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to State College amenities, local parks, bike paths, and hiking trails, our cottage is filled with family friendly amenities and original cottage charm! With a full yard, large back deck, and gig speed internet, it is perfect for families. THIS IS A STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. Our home is NOT a party house. Downtown and PSU are a 10 min drive. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.
