Monthly Rentals in Parker City

Our stay at Tonya’s place was very nice. It was easy to find and she was very responsive and communicated well about our checkin and any questions we had. I would stay here again. It is a little bit outside of the city, but not a terrible drive to restaurants and campus.

We had a great stay! Spacious place. The driveway is on an adjacent street and GPS was a little misleading upon initial arrival but once we realized it was fine! (No fault of the place or Air BnB - maybe mentioned in the listing but if not might help future stays) Very satisfied with our stay. Cody kept in contact with us leading up to, during, and post stay.

This is a really special house, historic but with thoughtfully modern updates throughout. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely visit again.

We loved staying in the Eagles Nest! It was so beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Perfect distance from Ball State as well as downtown. We would definitely stay again.
