Our home is 1 min to Snowbowl entrance (entering the opposite way of traffic), 10 min to downtown Flagstaff and 1 hr to the Grand Canyon. The large front patio has a gas fire pit that faces the San Francisco Peaks and offers amazing views. Our back patio has a hot tub and no city lights.

It can be awkward renting STVR next to full time neighbors however Parks Chalet Borders the Kaibab National Forest with no neighbors next to you so you will have total privacy.
