It can be awkward renting STVR next to full time neighbors however Parks Chalet Borders the Kaibab National Forest with no neighbors next to you so you will have total privacy. It is approximately 4 miles northwest of I-40 & Rt 66, making it a quiet location away from the train & freeway noise. Parks has about 1500 residents and is between Flagstaff & Williams. The Grand Canyon is just an hour north of Williams as well. Firewood included for wood stove & outdoor fire pit.
