Decorated and tastefully furnished in a country spirit, you can rest in one of the three bedrooms with separate bathrooms at the Closerie des Sources, where we have paid special attention to the quality of the bedding. Located in an outbuilding of the property, you will appreciate the calm and tranquility of the place, as well as its park and swimming pool. Only 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris, 10 minutes from the highway, at the crossroads of the vineyards, Puisaye and Morvan

Comfortable in summer and winter with its wood fiber insulation and heat pump (air conditioning), it is the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Shops, restaurants, bars and a theater are nearby. Free parking 5 minutes away, paid parking 2 minutes away (1 hour free). Train station is a 15-minute walk away.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Ideally located at the gates of Morvan, 15 minutes from Auxerre and close to Guédelon and Vézelay. Ideal for a couple and two children, the cottage will seduce you with its layout and lush park equipped with games for children.

Relax at this peaceful and central home. Ground floor apartment ideally located, near docks, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from the train station and the Abbé Deschamps football stadium. Ideal for business trips, relaxing stays or weekends discovering the area. The apartment has WiFi access and Google TV. The home consists of a bedroom and living room with a corner sofa. 8 minutes from the city center of Auxerre, a nice and quiet setting in the middle of the forest, we offer 3 small studios for 2 people, not overlooked, private entrances with a living area and the bedroom upstairs. You will be independent and you will not disturb anyone. All outdoor spaces and pool are shared with other guests. Everything you need is provided, linen and toiletries are provided.

Charming cozy nest ideally located between Puisaye and Auxerrois. This comfortably renovated house offers a beautiful living room and 2 bedrooms. You will be close to the region's key attractions, including the medieval site of Guédelon Castle, Saint-Fargeau, Lake Bourdon, Saint-Sauveur and the Maison de Colette, Château de Ratilly, the Toucy market, Auxerre, and Chablis with its vineyards.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.
