The location is in the downtown near: the monumental Palazzo Ducale, old residence of Maria Luigia, the Palazzo Pilotta (museum and beautiful teatro Farnese), the Teatro Regio, the Toscanini's house. The flat is near the railway station (10min by feet), and moreover there is a car parking very close (Kennedy parking) with bike sharing station. The flat has: one main bedroom, a new bathroom, a open living room with sofa and fire corner. On top floor there is a second bedroom with double bed.
“UNFORGETTABLE. Adorable, cared for and discreet like a little gem. Perfect for a couple but also for those with a not too young child (8-10 years) who can sleep in the mezzanine. The historic area is, in my opinion, among the most beautiful in the city, in its being a mix of cultures, experiences and gastronomies. Full of places for young people (the library and university faculty are 50 meters away) and less young people (in the past, historical circles survive alongside new proposals at zero km) On the other hand, in 5 minutes on foot you can reach all areas of the city , therefore a stone's throw from everything. Nico has found the pantry full of coffee and whims for breakfast, for everything else, in addition to valuable advice, just go out the door to find everything. The Vikey service guarantees an easy and discreet use of the service. Access stairs, easy for anyone, may become difficult for people with reduced mobility. If I had to go back to choosing Parma as a destination, I would have no doubts about choosing the location. Thanks Nico”
Double bedroom with private bathroom in an ancient and fashinating house. The location is really interesting, in the heart of Parma. You can spend here an ideal stay both for culture, shopping and discovery of the gastronomic specialities of Parma.
“This was my first Airbub experience since I only stayed at a hotel. The host Flavia was very friendly and kindly provided me with local information, good restaurants and recommended menus. The bedroom interior is beautiful and you can relax on a comfortable bed. The attention of the host was felt for each one, such as the water in the room and the amenities. The bathroom was exclusively for guest use and it was very clean and free to use without hesitation. The breakfast on the top floor terrace was also delicious. In addition, the location was close to the center, and while walking around, I was able to return to my room when I was tired. It was easy to understand how to use the key. It was an unforgettable and wonderful experience of staying in a wonderful home for the locals.”
Very bright double room with windows overlooking the internal garden, equipped with a built-in wardrobe, bookcase and desk for the private use of guests. The apartment consists of two bedrooms in total, therefore bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. Located in the historic center, ztl area, a few steps from the characteristic Cittadella Park and in the immediate vicinity of the Tardini Stadium. The area is full of antique shops, design and not far from Piazza Garibaldi, the main city.
“I cannot say enough about how wonderful this stay was. Giorgia's place is so accurately represented in the listing and in person, it was even better. She really put a lot of lovely touches on the place; there's absolutely everything one could need there. It is a shared apartment, but my partner and I didn't mind at all, we still had a lot of privacy. The bedrooms are really large, with big beds (super comfortable), a desk, lots of wardrobe space, and a small couch. Plenty of extra linens and towels are abound. There's a lovely entry space, living room with a great couch, and a big dining and kitchen space. The wifi is great as well (we are digital nomads so you can trust this). Giorgia is warm and inviting, and her check-in process is super easy. We had a rented car and she was able to provide us with a parking pass so we could leave the car nearby. We had the option of leaving our bags downstairs the morning of check-out so that we could wander around the city before leaving. We were actually disappointed to leave because as nomads, we move around a lot and this apartment would have been a great place to spend more time. I highly recommend if you are in Parma to stay at Giorgia's. The value and comfort of the place can't be beat, seriously. Parma is also a charming little place, a perfect pitstop on an Italian road trip.”
