Newly renovated stone house from the 1700s. Breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the entire valley. A 3-minute drive from the village (Langhirano) with all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets). Quiet and surrounded by greenery. 20 km from Parma. Free parking. Your accommodation is on the ground floor of the main house, but it is completely independent. The parking and garden are shared with us ;) There are no other guests in the property

Independent farmhouse recently renovated in stone with exposed wooden roof. Spacious and comfortable parking in front of the house. Entrance with living room equipped with TV, wood-burning fireplace and a sofa bed for 1 and a half people; kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher; on the first floor there is a large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with single bed. Outside there is a garden with table to eat outdoors.
