The house in which you will be staying is a fully renovated townhouse of 65 m2, within a 5-minute walk of Poitiers SNCF train station. It is at the foot of the viaduct allowing access to the city center in less than 10 minutes on foot. Access to the Futuroscope park can be done by train (10 min), by car (15 min) or by bus. This place is good for families, couples, business travelers, families (with kids). Capacity 4 people.

Our fully renovated and comfortable furnished apartment opened its doors on September 12, 2019. Put down your suitcases, the beds will already be made upon your arrival with towels provided. Enjoy with family this fabulous place to stay that offers good times in perspective. House on large plot 7 min drive from the center of Parthenay, 20 min bike ride via cycle path. Spacious house. 3 bedrooms with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. Bed linen provided but not towels. The main bathroom is currently under construction, you have to go through a bedroom to have access to the second bathroom.
