We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

This space is completely private. You don’t share any common areas. The room A ( 12x14 ) includes its own bed, private bathroom, fridge, microwave, It has a private entrance and a private parking spot. This nook is located at the back of my home. It doesn’t connect to tmain house. “The bed takes up a significant portion of the room, so the space between the walkways is reduced. Please note that the area is limited, and we recommend caution when moving around
