This farmhouse is located at the gates of Anjou. Winegrowers and village five minutes away. You can enjoy the Puy-du-Fou 55 minutes away, the Futuroscope is 1h20 away, the first castles of the Loire are 30 minutes away, the Doué-en-Anjou biopark is 20 minutes away, karting seven minutes away, Parc de la Vallée 10 minutes away, canoeing, cycling, hiking... You can go and collect eggs from the henhouse and feed the chickens. Our horses are close to the house. Pets allowed if well behaved!

Gite in Loire (Advertisement of an individual)

Our 3* Gite sleeps up to 6 people and offers beautiful and peaceful surroundings, with views from your own terrace. Access to large in-ground heated pool (10x5x1.5m) and gardens. Bicycle hire is also available. It’s living accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms (1x double, 2 singles & 1x bunk), a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and large living / dining area, complete with log burner, vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Washing machine and dryer is available in separate building.

In Montsoreau, one of the "most beautiful villages" of France, amazing views, and small shops within walking distance; located between Saumur and Chinon! Famous castles, abbeyes, exceptional gardens, white, red and bubbly wineries, most of them within 10 to 60 min. The house is perfect for one or two couples, but can welcome 6 guests. Market every week, small grocery store, butcher, bakery, 4 restaurants in the village. Great antique market once a moth on the banks of the Loire.

Former stables of a 19th century manor house, the building, completely renovated, includes: Ground floor, a large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace that gives access to the garden and pool. Bathroom and toilet. 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet. Ideal place to relax around the pool or visit the region rich in fun and cultural activities.

The cottage – labeled 4* – is in a former school. A new elementary school is located on the adjoining property; noise pollution is therefore limited to the operation of a school. The decor and amenities are particularly neat. The garden is enclosed and the private swimming pool (5 m/11 m) is covered and heated. The owners request access to the pool 1.5 hours/day. The owners live opposite and are therefore always available.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

You'll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. It is an old house made of tuffeau stone located in the heart of a troglodyte courtyard. The gîte has a fitted and very well-equipped kitchen but also an outdoor courtyard with terrace (barbecue, garden furniture). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends.
