The Sun apartment is located in the upper Val di Vara, in a small country village where you will still be awakened by the church bells. By car: Santuario La Cerreta at 11 minutes; Sesta Godano (inhabited center of relief with banks and supermarket) to 19 minutes; Shoppinn Brugnato 5Terre Outlet Village at 28 minutes; Varese Ligure at 34 minutes; Sestri Levante at 40 minutes; La Spezia Cruise Terminal 50 minutes away; Cinque Terre less than 1h. The house, with a terrace, is independent and spread over three floors, offering a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding hills. It is located in a typical Ligurian alley, central yet quiet, despite being right in the heart of town, just a few meters from the main street and close to the sea. The property is easily reachable from the train station (8-minute walk), the ferry dock, and public parking. Traditional restaurants and bars are located nearby. The village is pedestrian-only.

Top-floor apartment with a large terrace overlooking the sea for al-fresco dining overlooking the sunset, 200 meters from the sea in a quiet, central area that is closed to traffic. 100 square meters, 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower. Just minutes from the station, a building located in Liguria's classic medieval streets. Portofino is one hour away, Portovenere and the other Cinque Terre villages can be reached by ferry, which stops a few minutes from the apartment.

The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
