We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

This bright, barrier-free apartment is 94 square meters, has a kitchen with seating, a large shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm) and a living room with access to the terrace/small garden. 1 child's/extra bed can be provided on request; sofa bed in the living room. Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place for barbecues or a campfire.

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

Forget your worries – This quiet, detached house invites you to breakfast on the terrace with a wide view over fields, forests and lots of greenery. Perfect for a vacation or a weekend for two. For cold days or cozy evenings, there is a separate sauna, a hot tub and a tiled stove to be fired with wood. Shopping is in walking distance, as well as many beautiful hiking and forest trails.

The 120 m² ground floor offers space for up to 8 guests (incl. towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.
