The house is approximately 45 m² in size and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m), a living room with a dining table and a futon sofa bed (1.40 m). From the living room, you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via both the kitchen and the bathroom.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.
