The whole family can relax in a quiet accommodation in a country style. 200-year-old cottage with a ground floor apartment heated by air conditioning and/or wood stove. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from both rooms separately through the hallway in the unheated part of the house. In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

Chalupa Maršovská

A beautiful cottage, which is our dream come true, that we are happy to share with you. The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

Thanks to its location, it combines tranquility and an authentic mountain atmosphere with walking distance to the center of Pec, Relax Park and the cable car to Sněžka. Tlen DOM 1 base - deep breath in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. Dalihory can be found on Slunečná louka in the picturesque town of Černý Důl in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains, near a forest and a small tennis court, near the center (5 minutes walk) and a ski resort (10 minutes walk). The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!

Borsuk Apartment

A comfortable apartment for four people, with one bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to a terrace overlooking the Karkonosze Mountains. Comfortable parking. In the area belonging to the apartments, in the common area, there are two barbecue stations and a fenced fireplace/bonfire.
