Monthly Rentals in Pedee

This is a lovely creative space in the beautiful woods. Babbette is a great hostess and communicator. We had a great time and saw deer regularly.

I stayed at Rita's place for over a month and this was the best AirB&B experience I have had and a great longterm studio rental. Rita was very kind and accommodating throughout the duration of my stay. The woodland suite was truly magical as the deck had pretty potted plants and is just outside of town enough to get away from some of the city noise. The rooms were decorated and the heater/fireplace really lightened up the space. This would be a perfect getaway as there is a large soalking tub and the property is less than a 10 minute walk to access all the hiking trails of the Mac Dunn and PV arburitum. I would definitely recommend staying at Rita's place!

It is in walking distance from downtown Dallas. Jean and her husband are very nice person. Bruno is a good dog that will leave you alone unless you express strong interest towards him. Overall, it is a good place.

We had a wonderful time and the space was great and accommodating for our group of 6 people. We loved getting to walk the property and see all the animals! The host was very responsive and helpful if we needed anything at all.
