Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Spacious and elegant, with tasteful décor and everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay with family or friends. Being away from the city centre guarantees peace and privacy. We recommend having a vehicle to get around, including to access the rubbish collection point.

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Small apartment on the ground floor of a chalet, in a Sella residential area. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, ideal for couples although 4 pax can sleep. Terrace and garden, and very quiet neighborhood. Access to the community pools that are open all year round and 5 minutes from the restaurant, pharmacy. The condo is very close to Buddhist Center. About 15 minutes from Dénia, and Jávea, and very close to a shopping center where you can go to shops, supermarket

Beautiful villa with a spectacular pool, garden and cozy house. Ideal for enjoying summer days with family or friends. Beach 300 meters away (only 3 minutes walk). All kinds of services are offered (towels, both shower and beach, self-service cold water and hot water, sweets, fruit, soft drinks, oil, vinegar, salt, bread, milk, cookies, savory snacks, welcome bottle of cava, ice, juices...) Rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday in July and August).

CALABLANCA

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
