This private and airy 865sf upstairs studio features living, kitchen, dining, work station, and sleeping areas. French doors lead to a balcony overlooking the grounds and Penn Cove. For decades, ELF House has been a musical sanctuary by the edge of Race Lagoon - we welcome you to this magical home of good vibes. Looking out to the east, Mt. Baker and the Cascades are visible on clear days, and there's an endless fiesta of bird activity on the protected lagoon. Sunrises dazzle, as does the occasional east-facing sunset. Kayaks, sauna, deck, fully equipped kitchen, a loft and two firestoves on three levels. We enthusiastically welcome people of all backgrounds in our home.

The Nut House

Glamping in the trees. Come experience the beauty and serenity of being in the forest in a unique craftsman treehouse on beautiful Camano Island just an hour and ten minutes north of Seattle. Your private parking and short trail leads to a short cable bridge into a cozy 150 sq. ft. cabin 13 ft above the forest floor. You’ll be surrounded by mahogany walls with a cozy full size futon up in the loft. If the futon is too cozy a campsite is available. The treehouse is warm even on chilly nights.

Welcome to the Coho Cabin, a tiny house/log cabin perched atop Skagit Bay with direct westerly waterfront views of wildlife, Whidbey Island and the Olympic Mts. Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant heated floors, cozy loft bed, outdoor bbq and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

DenPNW with Sauna

DenPNW is a recently curated space that will indulge your desire for beauty and romance. A modern design with tile and wood walls and free standing stove. The studio has a comfortable king sized bed, built in office space and full kitchen with island. Shared sauna included. The studio is adjacent to another unit and owners live upstairs. You may hear faint noises from shared living and light footsteps upstairs. This space is not suitable for children or infants

Loft-style 2 bed/2 bath home

Beautiful and spacious, this home is minutes away from Port Townsend. Two-story windows fill the house with natural light and give a beautiful view to the outdoors. Upstairs bedroom is loft style, looking out over living room. Downtown Port Townsend is a 6 mile drive and grocery stores and other restaurants are even closer. I'm happy to give all kinds of recommendations for food, outdoor fun, and events going on in town.

House on Penn Cove: Charming Low Bank Waterfront

The House on Penn Cove is located on a private road going down a cliff to no bank water front, so this a very private location. There is unobstructed Penn Cove views and the historic town of Coupeville can be seen across the cove. On clear days, you have a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountain range. The house has a Mid Century Modern design with particularly the Pink Kitchen being something that has to be seen.
