Saucisse de Toulouse, (a type of sausage), Cassoulet (a bean and pork stew), and foie gras, a delicacy mainly made in the Midi-Pyrénées are all options! Washer and dryer are in the apartment. The train and metro stations are a short walk away, while a VélôToulouse station is located at the end of the street. The apartment is located within minutes walking distance from both the train station Toulouse Matabiau and the Jean Jaurès metro station (conveniently the only station for lines A and B). A bus stop for the airport shuttle is also within minutes walk from the apartment.

Rose Brick Apartment Historic Heart – Parking

In the heart of the historic center, this apartment has the charm of the old: beams (be careful if you're tall), half-timbering and bricks, and has all the comforts of modernity. Composed of an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room (sofa bed), a bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. On the 3rd floor, without elevator access, with a final staircase that's a little steep, but once you arrive you will be won over! And if the apartment is not available, book "Rose-brique, maison de ville" on a nearby street.

In a natural park, 1 hour from Toulouse, the Château de Belmont-Ste-Foi is a gem of heritage. "La Bergerie", classified 4*, is a detached house, with all comforts, located at the entrance of the 5 ha park, between the castle and the dovecote. Fully renovated in keeping with the Quercy building, it has 1 bedroom and 1 mezzanine (low ceiling because it is under the slope of the roof).
