Monthly Rentals in Penticton

This was our second time staying at Craig and Shelly's basement suite. Our return stay was just as great as the first and we would definitely stay again in the future. The suite was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great place, close to convention centre, close to lots of restaurants on the main strip. Everything was clean, easy to use, and great water pressure in the shower.

We really enjoyed our stay over the Easter long weekend. Great location with walking distance to restaurants, beach. Place is very clean, thoughfully decorated and you have everything you need at the property. Michelle and Tom are great hosts, very easy to communicate with. We certainly would recommend staying with them and will be back ourselves in future!

We loved our family vacation at this location! Because of the vaulted ceiling, good size patio, large windows and two good sized bedrooms it felt like a great space for our family of four. The beach, parks, baseball field, splash park, ice cream shop, food stand and Dragonboat restaurant (so pretty and on the water!) were in verh close walking or biking distance. The location was perfect! We were able to store our four bikes in a storage space beside our parking spot, as well. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
