This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This 60 m2 studio located on the 4th floor of a new building is equipped with an equipped kitchen, shower, private sauna, balcony and fiber optic Wi-Fi 10 minutes' walk to the center of Liège, 1 minute to Parc de la Boverie and its Museum, close to "La Médiacité" shopping center, close to Guillemins train station and all amenities. Depending on availability, late checkout is possible for an extra €15/hour

Spacious and bright apartment in the middle of Spa, just a few meters from the Casino and the famous thermal baths. Completely renovated in 2022. Many nearby restaurants and shops. Large equipped kitchen, cozy and spacious living room. 2 bedrooms with king size beds and shower area + 1 bedroom with bunk beds and bathtub. One of the large bedrooms benefits from air conditioning. For other rooms, fans are available on hot days.

Charmant appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Liège. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
