The apartment is located in the center of Nydri and is only 20m away from the beach. There are numerous restaurants, coffeehouses and supermarkets in walking distance. The apartment is really quiet and full of light. Next to it you have a terrace with a big table and chairs. Note that you need to get outside of the apartment to get to the terrace, however it is only for you even if it is next to another apartment. The bus station for the town bus is also very close (about 1 minute by foot).

The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has a kitchen with all necessary equipment, 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathroom is located in the room with two single beds. Every bedroom has A/C and private balcony. There is no elevator in building and the windows have darkening curtains. There is not shutter. The apartment belongs to a Guesthouse called Villa Angela.

It is located in Nydri near the Lefkada-Vasiliki ring road, making your access is very easy and relaxing. The distance from the center of Nydri is 300 meters and the sea is 700 meters so you can move comfortably on foot without problems.
