We offer a town house renovated in April 2022 in a quiet area but 2 min walk from the central market and 6 min from the old port of La Rochelle, so in the very center. This house has a patio but also a garage. in a residence just at the end of the street (100 meters) with a length of 4.60 m and 1.80 m in height. Once installed you can do everything on foot: the market, the pedestrian streets and the port. The ideal place to enjoy La Rochelle while sleeping peacefully.

Charming house in its wooded courtyard, quiet, in La Rochelle. Completely renovated, it combines comfort, quality of amenities and the charm of its private wooded courtyard! Located 3 km from the old port in the residential area of Beauregard, 5 minutes by bike and car, and 20 minutes' walk from the central market square. A parking space is provided after the common gate to my house. It is suitable for short weekends as well as longer stays. Welcome!

Studio in a good location, small outside area, parking.

Quiet area 7 minutes by car from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the Beaulieu shopping center. The studio is equipped with a large shower, TV, Tassimo, kettle, stove, microwave oven... It also has a small outdoor area of about 10 m2. Non-smoking studio, and not made for parties! We ask that you empty the garbage cans, fold the BZ sofa, and put the sheets on the coffee table, not forgetting to clean it!

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

A few steps from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.
