Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Located in Périgord Noir with its castles, archeology, gastronomy. A warm welcome awaits you. In winter, plan for €10/day for heating. In June, July and August, please rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday

Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, Chez Colette et Mimi, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful areas of Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It's the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne region. Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.

This peaceful establishment offers a relaxing stay for families or groups of friends. Not overlooked in an isolated, quiet setting as well as an enclosed garden. The house has a carport, 3 bedrooms with TV (Netflix), a bathroom with toilet and a second separate toilet. An equipped kitchen, a living room with a large 160 cm TV with Netflix and Molotov available. Close to all amenities, lots of nearby walks, a unique market that stretches throughout the city center.

Restored carpenter workshop in Périgord Noir, at the crossroads of the most beautiful sites of the Dordogne Valley, the Lot Valley and the Vezere. In Carlux, a small village, you will find shops (grocery store and bakery) and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity (canoes, bike path, hikes and swimming along the Dordogne three minutes away). Large shopping malls are 10 minutes away. Pool shared with another gite. Closed from 7.09.2025 to 01.04.26.
