Living room with large fireplace, 2 bedrooms, one with 160 bed, the other with 140 bed, linens provided: sheets, towels, tea towels, bed and baby chair on request, enclosed courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue. Located in Périgord Noir with its castles, archeology, gastronomy. A warm welcome awaits you. In winter, plan for €10/day for heating. Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, Chez Colette et Mimi, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful areas of Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It's the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne region. Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.

"Escape, Tranquility, Natural and Peaceful Setting!"

This peaceful establishment offers a relaxing stay for families or groups of friends. Not overlooked in an isolated, quiet setting as well as an enclosed garden. The house has a carport, 3 bedrooms with TV (Netflix), a bathroom with toilet and a second separate toilet. An equipped kitchen, a living room with a large 160 cm TV with Netflix and Molotov available. Close to all amenities, lots of nearby walks, a unique market that stretches throughout the city center.

Restored carpenter workshop in Périgord Noir, at the crossroads of the most beautiful sites of the Dordogne Valley, the Lot Valley and the Vezere. In Carlux, a small village, you will find shops (grocery store and bakery) and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity (canoes, bike path, hikes and swimming along the Dordogne three minutes away). Large shopping malls are 10 minutes away. Pool shared with another gite. Closed from 7.09.2025 to 01.04.26.

Large house, pool, jacuzzi and a huge park

Former farmhouse of the Périgord completely renovated, in its green setting (4 hectares), ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside in all seasons with a large family, several families or a group of friends. Nature, calm and authenticity with all modern comforts. Heated pool (28c in summer / 25c at the beginning and end of the season) and jacuzzi. Close to all the tourist places of Dordogne 7 days minimum, from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am.
