Monthly Rentals in Perleta

Juanan, what a fantastic guy always so helpful along with his father. We was there when there was a national power cut, Juanan’s father came to the apartment to make sure we were ok and brought torches on 2 different occasions making sure we were comfortable under the circumstances. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. Would definitely book again.

We stayed in this house for 3 nights in early April The house is huge and has a lot of space (There were only 2 of us but the house could sleep large families easily). The grounds are large, with a private swimming pool and lots of outdoor seating and privacy. The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was only a short 15 min drive to the airport. Adela met us at the house to show us around and was very friendly and helpful. She also responded quickly to queries and made us feel very welcome

We have been comfortable in the apartment although it is very basic and something dated but we did not care, the value for money is good, it is good to find a place where nothing is from Ikea :) to vary. The unbeatable location 2 minutes from the beach walking, the fantastic balcony, the quiet area and having the parking guaranteed is an extra that we loved, having a car is recommended as it is somewhat away from the village although there is also a city bus. In short, we'll be back.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and very well cared for and decorated. The enclave is very quiet, it is a residential area with the sea very close. Highly recommended!
