Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, piston coffee maker, kettle, tea. Quietly located on the banks of the Cher and 7 minutes by car from the city center of Tours, 15 minutes by bike. So if you're looking for tranquility just a stone's throw from the city, this is the place! Parking is available in the courtyard of the house. Closed lot.

Gîte confortable situé à la campagne avec accès libre à tout l'ensemble extérieur sur notre propriété d'environ 2 hectares (terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand pré, étang, parc, trampoline). Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Étienne et Aude vous accueillent chez eux, dans un un gîte individuel “chez l’habitant”. Parfait pour un couple ou une famille avec 2 enfants, il s’agit d’une maison indépendante, comportant un accès autonome depuis l’entrée “jardin”, et typique de la région avec ses murs de pierre et ses tommettes.

There is an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, baby bed. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some essentials. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will appreciate it for its calm.
