We offer a nice 2-room apartment of about 38 m2 located on the ground floor in the villa. You will appreciate the absolute calm. Located 15 minutes from downtown Montpellier and 5 minutes from the first beach of Carnon (by car) La Grande Motte, Palavas, Villeneuve-les-Maguelone. This apartment is located in the pretty and very lively village of Pérols which is close to shops, the Arena, the exhibition center. Bike paths for beautiful bike rides in the surrounding area.

Charming 2-room apartment (30 m2), ideal for a couple or small family. 🙂 Common outdoor pool. (Open from June 15 to September 15) Located a few meters from the tram that takes you to the heart of Montpellier. 20-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes by car. Nearby you will find the Parc Expo, Arena, airport, Zenith, Auchan, large Carrefour, Lidl, KFC, McDonald's, in short... enough so as not to starve! Ideally located, quiet, air-conditioned, with beautiful outdoor terrace on the garden. 3min walk from the village center all shops and the tram to Montpellier center (15mn) or for the beach shuttle (5mn). You are 1km from Parc Expo/South of France Arena (within walking distance or tram) 10mn from the sea by car. Close to the airport. The 2 stations are served by tram. Gare St Roch in direct line. The apartment is part of our house but has an independent entrance.

Linens and towels are not provided for stays shorter than 7 nights (possibility to rent: €15)
