The highest house in Usson, one of the most beautiful villages in France, 2 bedrooms and a living room each with access to the outside, 3 terraces on 3 levels and 3 orientations (east, south and west, for the sunset!), 2 with a 180° view of Auvergne and its volcanoes. Large duplex apartment WITHOUT ANY SHARED SPACES (which was not the case before). With an area of 120 m2, the gîte is located in the heart of Auvergne in the Sancy massif, close to the Auvergne Volcanoes Park. You will find all amenities in our village of Tauves, shops + services (bakery, butcher, SPAR, bank...) Composed of 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom/toilet, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, fenced park, parking. Convertible corner sofa. Possibility of renting sheets €10/bed and towels €6/person. Optional cleaning fee €70.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.
