This independent accommodation was designed on the ground floor of a beautiful stone barn located next to our house, facing Allagnat Castle. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. Lovers of wide open spaces, you will be won over by all the activities that our region offers. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.

It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.
