Monthly Rentals in Perrache, Lyon

We had a great stay in Lyon - the place is clean, quiet, with all the main amenities, 2 minutes from the Perrache station (metro, bus, tram etc) and ~15 min walking distance to Place Bellecour. Denis was very responsive. Thanks!

Lovely clean and quiet apartment that is conveniently located just to the south of Perrache station.

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

The accommodation is spacious and ideally located in the dynamic district of La Confluence, with many bars, restaurants, a large shopping center a stone's throw away, as well as public transport at the foot of the building. Vieux Lyon is a 20-minute walk away. What I appreciated the most was the tranquility of the apartment: it feels soothed, lulled by the birdsong thanks to the beautiful inner courtyard of the residence. Christophe was an exceptional host — thank you again for everything!
