You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Our bright studio is on the third floor in a small building (no elevator!) in a quiet downtown street just steps from Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we tried to make it as cozy as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. It has a nice view of the rooftops and a glimpse of the hills around the city. The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Those 4 apartments are on ground floor, in rustic tuscany style living room with furnished kitchenet, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and private and independent entry. The property has a 360° view over the valley and down to the Trasimeno lake. Garden with common pool in summer and play ground. MAX people 2, no kids under 12 years old.

The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. In the room, you will also find a nice table to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Two beds, independent heating and air conditioning.
