Very nice and functional house. You can park right in front of the door. Super quiet country, ideal for exploring the area. Very helpful and accurate host. We only stayed one night but we had a great time.

Really nice house, it turned out to be perfect for our group. Very well-kept rustic mountain style, with everything you need to take advantage of the spaces; we enjoyed in particular the garden equipped thanks to the very pleasant temperatures on the days we stayed, beautiful view, privacy and peace. The location is excellent to reach with little effort the many places to visit nearby, from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Rocca Calascio, to Campo Imperatore, as well as the L'Aquila. Luigi and Antonia are hosts who are attentive to details, super helpful and very quick to respond to every need, they also directed us well for excellent arrosticini, cooked at the barbecue in the garden. STRACONSIGLIATO!

Great location!!Easy check-in and pleasantly clean. The outside space is very nice but a bit dark inside (helps with keeping it cool though). Thank you for the stay!

Casa Paradiso is a place of peace and tranquility. Very spacious and with a beautiful garden that our dogs loved. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Domenico is a very kind host, he gave us many useful tips and brought us a very good dessert! We recommend this place to anyone looking for calm and a place that can host their pets too! Federico and his mom are very nice and helpful. Upon arrival we found everything we needed for breakfast. The apartment is in a quiet area, has an equipped kitchen. Indoor parking is available. I recommend it.

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

What to say about Nadia's house… perhaps the most suitable thing is a return to the past when as children we went to the classic mountain houses with their smells and silences. Nadia's house is a 360º experience, because the house is warm and welcoming, it is quiet and has a spectacular view, especially in the evening over the valley. The fireplace then makes it magical as soon as it is lit. Nadia incredibly anticipates your every possible need and helps you with her availability. But what we think made everything 10 stars were also the incredible people we met. From the gentleman at the market, always kind and helpful, to Loredana at the “Rustica” butcher shop, whose husband brought us to his house giving us wood for the fireplace and embers (of course at home he also offered me a glass of wine) and she who booked the restaurant and whose meat is absolutely worth trying because it's special. In short, I highly recommend it and if we come back, it will obviously be here.

the accommodation is centrally located, easy to reach and close to all the necessary services, including the information center of the majella park. The host Eleonora was very kind and available to give us advice. The b&by is equipped as if you were at home. Highly recommended

Alfredo is an excellent host. Communication was always very prompt and he even allowed us to check in early. The apartment is spacious, clean and extremely well located for the beach and the town.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very central and close to the beach. Barbara is very warm and very responsive. She even prepared some toys for our little one. Would definitely stay there again!

Katia and Francesco immediately proved to be two friendly and cordial people who advised us on activities and places to visit in the area. The house is furnished with new furniture and in perfect condition, equipped with every comfort and everything that each of us has in our own apartment, but above all we found impeccable cleanliness. Convenient parking space inside the property, in 5 minutes on foot you reach the beach, both equipped beach and very large and well-kept free beach. Nearby there is every kind of store. The initiatives of the various municipalities to entertain tourists are also excellent. There is also a lot to visit in the hinterland. Abruzzo is really nice and convenient to visit. A special mention for Katia's dad, a really lovely person.

Amazing accommodation, where you can find literally everything you could need during your stay 😊 Thanks to that I really felt like at my home. The balcony is also great, where you can have a glass of prosecco in the evening. The apartment is just a few steps from the main promenade and the beach, which is an amazing location. Monia was very nice, friendly and always available for us. The place is as described in the photos and equipped with everything necessary. Everything is easily accessible on foot.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Beautiful apartment, clean and well equipped. Guido is very helpful and available 24 hours a day. I use Airbnb a lot, and I haven't had a chance to meet a person yet. We stayed in 4 boys plus a little girl on New Year's Eve, we were with God. Mr. Martino who welcomed us was very kind, he let us stay even a few more hours having arrived late in the evening after work… the house is really nice and with all the comforts! ❤️ thank you very much.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.
