This is a one bedroom + one living room 50 m2 flat with balcony overlooking the restaurants of the promenade. The building features a unique internal garden and has the best gym and spa within the city center (wellness facility costs a small fee). Parking spaces are available in the building's garage for a small fee (please contact for availability).
