Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Start your hikes by bike or on foot directly from the house, or take a canoe trip on Lake Plön. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural grounds. The large, fenced property offers opportunities for outdoor games or table tennis, as well as quiet relaxation. In the evenings, you can spend time in front of the fireplace. The living and dining rooms are separate. The property is not directly on the lake; the walk to Lake Plön takes 5 minutes and leads you through our small village.

The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Hello and welcome to the FERIENHOF WACHTELBERG on Fehmarn. The Kate is a cozy house of about 40 square meters. One parking space is available in front of the house. In addition to a double bedroom, there is also another bedroom with a cozy bunk bed. You can also use a fenced-in garden with its own seating area. The house has its own toilet with shower and washing machine as well as a modern kitchen.
