Lake Gard Chalet in Seeshaupt

Nestled between lakes in a fantastic location with breathtaking mountain views. Very peacefully situated, with the Osterseen lakes beginning right at your doorstep. The Starnberger See is just 500 meters away, as well as restaurants and shopping opportunities. Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by direct train or via the highway, just like the mountains. Stylishly and modernly furnished, the chalet accommodates up to 6 guests. A large garden with a terrace is also available for use.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

Ideal as a starting point for trips - also to Stoa169: In the Upper Bavarian Oberland, south of Munich, our newly built and modern furnished apartment is located in the historic monastery village of Polling. The separate area with its own entrance offers 18 m2 of space for two people with everything you need, as well as a small terrace with a garden. A covered parking space and a garage for parking and loading bicycles or skis is included.
