Monthly Rentals in Philipstown

The property is beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay! The weather did not cooperate with us, it was drizzling most of the time, but we still made the best of the outdoors!

Pieter has to be the most thoughtful host I have come across. He was always responsive and ready to help out. He even let us check in earlier and we had a flexible check out as well. He left umbrellas for us (I forgot to bring mine and it was a saviour) His place was spotless and so cozy. I’d give this place a 5/5 and would recommend staying here. The plus side is that since we came in via train, it was only a 15ish min walk from the station.

My weekend stay here was wonderful, the place was already equipped with everything you might need and the location is in a beautiful quiet spot, not too far from everything. Lorelei was very responsive with messages and easy to communicate with, highly recommend the food at the Pub and checking out the arrangement of antique stores on Main st.

Having a current child / Cadet at West Point and also another child / graduate of West Point , we always make it a point to stay at different Airbnbs in small towns around the USMA on both sides of the Hudson River . Melanie ‘s place was wonderful. Plenty of rooms/ beds for our Parent Weekend visit. Peaceful and safe location , yet a short 20 minute drive to the Academy . We felt right at home and look forward to staying at Melanie’s place again . The house was very clean and we had no issues at all !! Thank you
