Home of the San Francisco Giants Spring training field at Scottsdale Stadium is just a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of golf courses, hiking, Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens are all close by. Easy to get around by walking, bike rentals, electric scooters, golf carts, or take the FREE Trolley that runs every 10 minutes throughout Old Town. We are excited to share our condo with you! Welcome to my patio home and quiet neighborhood in central Chandler! Community pool 1 block away. Less than 1 mile to Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores (Fry's/Sprouts/Whole Foods), pharmacies and more. Close to several hospitals. Everything you need is minutes away! 2 blocks from Amberwood park. Perfect for single travelers, couples, up to 3 guests. Must be 25 years minimum age. No kids under 12 years of age (my home is not suitable for small children).

The space is separated from the remainder of the residence where we have two golden retrievers and a purrfect black cat.
