Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. The Desert Dwelling is located in the Arcadia Lite area. One of the trendiest parts of the city making it a perfect escape! We are very close to Camelback Mountain and walking distance to The Rebel Lounge. The airport is a quick 10 minute drive. The Desert Dwelling is an attached guest unit (300 sq. ft) w/ private entrance. This unit is ideal for a couple or a single traveler. While the unit can fit 3 people, please understand it is a studio unit with a Queen bed & pull-out couch.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Nestled on two sides by Desert preserve with hiking and equine trails . It’s a few miles from N Phx fine dining and shopping. Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.

Studio 13 is a modern, cozy, private space nestled in one of Phoenix’s beautiful historic districts, close to freeways, downtown restaurants and museums. You can walk or bike to restaurants. Studio 13 is closed off from the main house where i live for privacy, with a private entrance in the rear. There is a beautiful yard with a relaxing hot tub to enjoy.
