Holiday rentals with a patio in Phoenix-See

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

Adam's place was very nice and modern, just like the photos depicted. Everything was super clean and Adam was always on hand for questions. There were issues with the internet and TV one evening. I reached Adam the same evening and he took care of it the next morning and fixed the issue. Just great!

The apartment was lovely. Our host provided many extras that made our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend, perfect for couples. The price and location are just right and was everything and more than expected.

The place is in a quiet and safe location. The house offers everything you need and as a bonus the house has its own parking space. We were cycling in Dortmund, so for us everything was about 5 km away (center, Borussia, city parks). Dortmund is a beautiful city full of green. We recommend staying with Vanessa and would love to come back. Thank you Vanessa for a lovely stay.

A great place to stay

I highly recommend it. Great amenities and comfortable beds including pillow selection. Very nice hosts, there was even a delicious espresso before departure! Just book and experience it for yourself. :)

We had three really nice days in Nina's apartment and felt super comfortable right from the beginning. Communication with her was totally straightforward – she was always available, responded super quickly and gave us super clear information. The apartment itself is in top condition, very clean and really nicely decorated – you can tell that it has been thinking. Everything worked smoothly and the handling was totally easy. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for Wuppertal. Everything was right here: communication with Cordula, the amenities and the loving stylishly modern furnishings - according to our taste; not least the location on the Mount of Olives, in the Luisenviertel with many small beautiful shops and localities. And because we couldn't try everything in 2 days - we'll come back next year:-)

It was our second stay at the apartment and we were very satisfied as last time. Very spacious, very tidy and the Arcadeon was easily accessible on foot. Communication and check-in went smoothly.

Julian was very attentive. Responded immediately if you have any questions. Nearby an Aldi and nice opportunities to eat in the Elbershallen. Apartment very clean, everything you need available. Great comfortable bed 👍Nice location in the residential area on the mountain. Simply great. 🔝

This apartment was absolutely amazing. Everything is of the highest standard, with a modern and beautiful design. The beds are very comfortable and on the kitchen you will find everything you will need for making food. The area where the apartment is located is peaceful and clean. Check-in was also very smooth — even though we arrived late at midnight, the host kindly met us in person, explained everything we needed to know, and even gave us helpful tips on what to visit. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend staying here!
