Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Piane Vecchie

A great apartment that’s close to most of the things you want to see in Palermo. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there long enough to see them all this time, but we hope to return. My family of four really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the elevator after all the walking!

It's central, in a historic building. Despite being on a very central street with lots of commercial activities open until late, perfect soundproofing. Clean house, equipped with all comforts. Giuseppe was very kind, he accompanied us to check in at home, but it was very late. She allowed a late check-out that gave us the opportunity to make the most of our last day there. Highly recommended.

Ivana is an on outstanding host. She is very responsive and gave us a list of places to see, things to do, restaurants, etc. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and in a great location in the heart of Palermo. Highly recommended!

The house has all the comforts, nothing is missing. The beautiful terrace lends itself to pleasant evenings in company thanks to the bistro downstairs that provided us with excellent pizzas and Sicilian delicacies. The area is quiet and also served by public transport, making parking easy. We felt right at home.

Vito welcomed us very well, and gave us several little tips about our trip which was really nice, the place was perfect, nothing to complain about, just like on the pictures! Thank you so much! ☺️

We stayed at Pina‘s and Damiano‘s place for 8 days with our little daughter (8 months). They set up a baby bed, gave us baby towels a baby chair and even provided toys and umbrellas for the beach. It made our first trip with our baby to the beach so much nicer! It was also very convenient that we were able to use the wash machine. The location was perfect! Right in the center of Cefalù but still very quiet at night. The staircase up to the apartment are pretty steep and narrow but we didn’t mind the extra workout. Although the living room and bedroom are in one room, we managed to put our daughter to sleep and still have dinner on the small balcony. Thank you for your hospitality, all the tips and the little home that you provided for us!!!

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Irene’s apartment felt really special and was in a great part of Palermo - central but not in the hustle and bustle. It had great cafes near by and was walkable to every major tourist attraction. I would definitely recommend this apartment to couples visiting Palermo and I would love to stay again myself. Thank you Irene!

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

The apartment is well located, parking at the door, many shops. Margherita is a warm, smiling, friendly person, she brought us a sweet little gift that was very nice 🧡 Comfortable beds, lots of space, clean bathroom, very good quality washer and dryer, and plus laundry supplies! We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a lovely time. Thank you and we will recommend :)

We stayed in this apartment for 13 days and had a very good time. Mrs. Fiorenza was very helpful and friendly, even in intervening following the loss of the keys for our distraction (at no additional cost). The apartment is very clean and the spaces are comfortable for 2 people. The location is great, less than a 5-minute walk from downtown. Recommended!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

We really enjoyed staying in this comfortable and quiet, yet very central, flat. Our host was very welcoming, and we could walk to all the sights.

The accommodation is very spacious! The balcony view is amazing especially at sunset time! The host is very good advice for visits and shops. Great place!

Rosalba went above and beyond to make our short stay comfortable, from adjusting the heaters to telling us where to go for everything from a casual dinner, flea market shopping, and a special birthday dinner. Great location, close to the top sites and good food. Would recommend to anyone.

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The apt was clean, well appointed and the hosts were both very helpful and easy to communicate. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with glassware and dishes. The view from the rooftop terrace was magical! Beautiful view of both mountain and sea. The hosts were very helpful in securing a taxi for our trip to airport. Rob and Francesco were wonderful hosts!

A beautiful apartment in a fabulous city! The location is excellent, with many restaurants and interesting sites easily walkable. The apartment combines historical charm and modern amenities. Communication with host was friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Very great apartment and superbly furnished. By comparison, it is not as noisy as in other places in Palermo. However, there is a lot of noise on the street from just before 8am. But very quiet at night! It is between 20 and 30 minutes walk to the center. Very close is a train station with direct connection to the airport and the main train station. Thanks!
