Ideal for a couple, our cottage offers something hard to find: not an apartment, but your own private chalet in the heart of a traditional lakeside village. Built from scratch just 25 years ago repurposing original stone from a Roman-era building, it combines modern comfort with a rural soul. Enjoy exposed beam tall ceilings, stone floors, lovely outdoor space, uninterrupted lake views—especially the stars—and a perfect base for hiking, boating, relaxing, sunbathing, and savoring local cuisine.

Grume Cabin *reachable by trail*

Chalet with two bedrooms, large living room and garden surrounded by nature. Reachable in about 20 minutes on foot from Albogasio Superiore (650 meters on foot, elevation gain (from the parking lot) about 200 meters). Free parking at the foot of the slope. The house is located near Switzerland and Porlezza and is not far from the lake and some refreshing rivers (you have to go down the slope to reach them). Some interesting excursions start from the cabin. SPA availability (May-September).

La Cascina is a unique, warm and welcoming accommodation. Ideal for reaching the ski slopes of the Piani di Bobbio! The wonderful Valbiandino and the imposing Grigna are also easily accessible for snowshoeing and walks with friends. There is private parking and independent heating with diesel and wood-burning fireplace. It sleeps 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The atmosphere is that of sleeping in a real farmhouse surrounded by nature, a short walk from essential services.

A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.
