Refurbished, self-contained, air-conditioned apartment on the ground floor of a detached house, comprising a bedroom with bathroom, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge/freezer/oven/coffee machine. The living room overlooks a very pleasant veranda and a small garden where you can sit around a good barbecue. Parking in front of the house, spaces always available. Access to the above-ground swimming pool and shared jacuzzi (summer - July-August). Summer rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, we have created with heart, a space combining comfort and authenticity, offering a beautiful experience a few steps from the water. You will be awakened by the gentle lapping of the waves, ready to enjoy a sunny day :) The +: direct access to the water at the bottom of the hut, which also allows a wingfoil departure!

Come and enjoy this accommodation, which is located just about twenty minutes from the beaches. There, you will find peace and quiet after a day of exploring. For your comfort the apartment is air-conditioned. It is located at the rear of our property, where you can easily park your vehicle (secure car park). For sleeping, you have a 160 x 200 cm bed on the mezzanine and a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed in the living room. Linens are provided as well as towels.

Our large quiet house, 20 minutes from the beaches, located at the gates of the Massif des Maures, welcomes you with family or friends. The swimming pool, barbecue, petanque court will offer you an unforgettable vacation. Visiting the wine estates, walks in nature and the beaches of Hyères will enhance your stay. The house has been newly furnished; bedding, living room, decoration. The living space is 70 m2. All four bedrooms have AC.

We rent a bedroom with a separate entrance from our house; including a shower room + toilet + kitchen in the annex. The entrance to the kitchenette is from the outside, about 10 meters from the bedroom terrace; it is equipped with a gas hob, a fridge, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Towels and bed linen are provided. Free access to the family swimming pool.
