Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi vari, farmacie, supermercati,locali notturni, ristoranti, come \\\LA DOGANA///che dista circa 500 m, ottima la cucina e posizione meravigliosa. La casa è composta al piano terra da soggiorno con zona TV e sala da pranzo, servizi igienici, cucina con lavastoviglie e nel ripostiglio la lavatrice; al primo piano(totalmente rinnovato) 3 camere doppie un bagno e due terrazze.
